Reveliam Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Reveliam (the “App”), including the mobile app and, where applicable, the web version and related features. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
These terms complement our Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance of the terms
By installing, accessing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of Use.
By using the App, you represent that you have the legal capacity to accept these terms.
2. Purpose of the App
Reveliam is intended for Bible reading, study, and reflection.
- The App does not replace pastoral, spiritual, or professional guidance (medical, psychological, legal, or otherwise).
- Content is provided for informational and personal edification purposes.
3. Permitted use
You may use Reveliam for personal, non-commercial use only, in accordance with these terms and applicable law.
4. Prohibited use
You must not use the App for:
- Illegal activities or infringement of third-party rights.
- Offensive, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory conduct, or content that promotes hatred or violence.
- Uses that conflict with the purpose of the App (for example, spam, manipulation, or harassment).
- Attempts to harm the security or availability of the service (for example, exploiting vulnerabilities or unauthorized access).
5. Intellectual property
- Public domain content: Some biblical texts and materials may be in the public domain (depending on the translation and applicable jurisdiction). Where content is in the public domain, you may use it accordingly.
- Our protected content: The Reveliam name, logo, design, code, interface, features, and any original materials created by Reveliam (including text, graphic resources, or compilations) are protected by intellectual property and/or trademark laws.
- User content: If the App allows you to create notes, highlights, or other content, you retain your rights in what you create. You grant us a limited license to operate the App (for example, storing and displaying your content within the service). This license is non-exclusive, limited, and revocable.
6. Content and responsibility
- We do not guarantee absolute accuracy or any single or definitive interpretation.
- Your use of the content is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available”.
7. Service availability
Reveliam may:
- Change, update, or modify features.
- Experience interruptions, errors, or failures.
- Be discontinued in whole or in part,
all without prior notice, to the extent permitted by law.
8. External links
The App may include links to third-party sites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.
Accessing external links is at your own risk.
9. Subscriptions and billing
If the App offers subscriptions, the following applies (in addition to what the App Store and/or Google Play provide, as applicable):
- Available plans: monthly and annual (if available in your region).
- Auto-renewal: renews at the end of each period unless you cancel beforehand.
- Charges: billed at the start of each billing cycle (or after any free trial ends, if applicable). If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, the applicable charges will start.
- Cancellation: you can cancel through the App Store or Google Play; you will retain access until the end of the paid period.
- Price changes: any change will be shown before confirmation and/or handled by the store.
- Refunds: handled by the store (Apple/Google), unless we publish an additional policy.

10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated version.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in your country of residence. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in Mexico, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
